Your birth should be shaped by your desires, your preferences, your voice.

We help you discover what you want, and bring it to life.

Our mission

We can do better.

As a birth worker who has witnessed both the sacred beauty of respectful childbirth and the heartbreaking moments when women feel unheard, dismissed, or stripped of their autonomy, I am on a mission to change the way we prepare for and experience birth.

At Integrated Birth, we believe real change begins with education. When parents understand birth, know their options, and feel empowered to participate in decisions about their care, the standard of care begins to rise. Better-informed families lead to better birth experiences, fewer unnecessary interventions, and healthier outcomes for mothers and babies.

Our mission is simple: to simplify birth. To bring birth back to its roots by centering the woman, honoring physiology, and equipping families with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.

This course naturally moves parents from fear to confidence, and we can’t wait for you to see this transformation within your own hearts and minds.

Something new

The first course of its kind

Integrated Birth is the first childbirth education course to consider personality as an important factor in the birth experience. You are unique, and every part of you will be present at your birth. No part of you is left at the door. Your habits, patterns, fears, strengths, past experiences, quirks, coping mechanisms – everything that makes you who you are – will walk into that birth room with you.

01

Childbirth isn’t just a physical event; it’s emotional, mental, spiritual, and deeply personal.

02

Your personality shapes how you see the world, how you process experiences, and how you respond to challenges.

03

Understanding you is just as important as understanding birth itself.

04

The goal here is for you to bring the healthiest version of yourself to your birth.

05

When your birth team truly understands your needs, preferences, and emotional landscape, they can offer support that feels personalized, empowering, aligned, and deeply meaningful.
