I've experienced six births of my own across seven pregnancies, including unmedicated birth, water birth, posterior presentation, hospital and birth-center births, miscarriage, a pain-free birth, and breastfeeding. These experiences have given me a deeply personal understanding of how different each pregnancy and birth can be.
